The mark consists of a shield design outlined in the color gold and separated by a gold angled line. The top portion of the shield design contains the stylized heads of a bull and lion in the color gold separated by a column design in the color silver all on a blue background. The lower half of the shield design contains a representation of the scales of justice in the color gold appearing on a blue background. On the outside of the shield are two swords crossing behind the shield. The blade and the tip of the swords appear in the color silver, and the handle of the sword appears in the color gold.
