The mark consists of a circle, with five teardrop shapes at the north, northeast, southeast, southwest and northwest points of the circle. In the north teardrop shape is a pair of arms, shaking hands, which forms a circle. In the northeast teardrop shape is a book with wings flying above two clouds. In the southeast teardrop shape is a rocket. In the southwest teardrop shape is a price tag with two arrows, one pointing towards the top of the price tag and the other pointing towards the bottom.
