The mark consists of an outside square boarder with curved edges, which edges are partially bisected by two barley grains, one barley grain beginning within the bottom right portion of the bottom border, continuing counterclockwise within the border, along the bottom border, up the right border, and along the top border, terminating within the top right portion of the top border, the other barley grain beginning in the bottom left portion of the bottom border, continuing clockwise within the border, along the bottom border, up the left border, and along the top border, terminating within the top left portion of the top border, surrounding an inside border connected to the inside of the outside border, surrounding a line beginning beneath the top right portion of the inside boarder, continuing clockwise and in parallel to the inside border, along the top-right, right, bottom, left, and top-left sides of the inside border and terminating beneath the top left portion of the inside border, surrounding a logo comprising two birds of prey facing one another, standing on the stairs of a Mayan temple, situated above and partially overlapping a banner, said banner containing a top line spanning the length of the banner and paralleling the top of the banner, above the word "BELIKIN", above a bottom line spanning the length of the banner and paralleling the bottom of the banner, above the word "STOUT".
