The mark consists of A blue rectangular shield with a slightly upwardly curved top. Said shield is of dark blue color around the perimeter with a blue color toward the center of the shield. The shield is positioned on a background with floral motifs. The background is predominantly beige toward the bottom of the mark and predominantly blue toward the top of the mark. The color of the background where the top and the bottom parts of the background meet is predominantly off-white. The floral motifs are blue and light blue in the top part of the background and beige and light beige in the bottom part of the background. Inside the inner perimeter of the shield runs a thin gray line, creating an inner rectangle within the shield. Said thin gray line follows the shape of the shield and is also slightly upwardly-curved at the top of the shield. The inner rectangle is subdivided by two horizontal thin gray lines, which create three fields within the inner rectangle: the upper field, the middle field, and the lower field. The upper horizontal thin gray line is also slightly upwardly curved, being parallel to the top of the shield. The lower horizontal gray line is straight. The middle field is the largest and most prominent of the three and contains 7 lines with the following text: "Blue Coco Beach Made with Caribbean Rum and Coconut Flavor. The upper line, with the word "Blue" is of light blue color and contains stylized text. Second line is white. Third line is yellow and beige. Fourth line is blue. Fifth line is beige. Sixth line is blue. Seventh line is off-white. The upper field contains centered text in blue-gray capital letters: "Imported Classics". Lower field has no text. However, superimposed over the bottom portion of the lower field are two coconut halves and one whole coconut. The halves have a white internal, and a brown external surface. A whole coconut has brown external surface. The coconuts are positioned on the plurality of green leaves.
