Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a beverage package for the goods, namely, the three dimensional shape of a beverage package that is generally cylindrical in shape but where the sides of the package are indented approaching the center of the package. The drawing consists of a profile view of the packaging for the goods. The features of the drawing shown in dotted lines are not claimed as part of the mark. Additionally appearing on the side of the beverage container are the following images: A stylized banner with a stylized depiction of an eagle perched on a rock appearing on each side of the banner.
