Description of Design Search

The mark consists of the capital letter "A", placed above the capital letters and ampersand, "A&A", with the "AA's connecting at the lower edge of the lower right stem of the "A on the left, and the lower edge of the lower left stem of the "A" on the right, with the lower left stem and lower right stem of the top letter "A" intersecting with the upper tip of the letters, "AA", forming an internal inverted triangle; and to the right of "A A&A" near the upper portion of "A A&A", is a silhouette of a ladder and a man appearing to have fallen off the ladder.
