Description of Design Search

The mark consists of an orange background with the following in the center: the number "8" in black inside a black ring with the word "BALL" in white with black outlining and black stylized underlining; in the bottom of the design are flames in orange and yellow; in in the bottom left area are a pair of dice, one of which is incomplete with black outlining and red dots; to the right is a tiger in white, black, orange, and yellow; above the dice is blue water with a brown boat with red sails and black flags with a black and white skull and cross-bone design; to the right is a blue, yellow, and orange parrot with black outlining; to the right of that is a woman in pink with brown hair wearing blue clothes and hat; to the right is an 8-ball in black with a white circle having the number "8" in black; the ball has a yellow, green, brown, black, and white crown; to the right are four playing cards in white with black and red suits in the center with black shading; below the cards is a gray skull with black shadowing and white teeth; around the skull is a green and black snake having white eyes; to the right is another brown boat with red and orange sails in blue water; to the top left is a green and orange six-pointed star to the bottom left is a red and blue six-pointed star; below the blue water is white dice with black shading and red dots; to the left of the water is a red heart with a silver sword through the heart with a brown and silver handle; throughout the design are various shape and size flowers with leaves in blue, turquoise, pink, orange, yellow, light orange, red, green, and light orange.
