Description of Design Search

The mark consists of a circle consisting of a thick outer ring in teal with a wavy edge, a thin inner ring in white, and a thin inner ring in teal; the circle is divided in half by horizontal teal lines that cut through the left and right borders of the circle, creating a white band between the upper third of the circle and the lower third of the circle; the lower third of the circle includes an additional thin white ring outside of a very thin teal ring; the white background contains the wording "WILLOW WOODS" in large, black cursive script, and sits above the wording "EQUINE SANCTUARY" in smaller all-caps black print with a filled teal circle the same size as the print on the left side of "EQUINE" and a filled teal circle the same size as the print on the right side of "SANCTUARY"; the lower third of the image contains a white background with the wording "EST." in black, all-caps print, and the wording "2022" in black, all-caps print below the wording "EST."; with a black filled outline of a horse head on either side of "EST. 2022"; the horse on the left side of the wording faces right and the horse on the right side of the wording faces left; both horses show ears, face, nose, and neck in black, with a white mane, and the bottom point of the horses cross the circle's inner rings; the upper third of the image shows thick grass in forest green coming up the horizontal teal line, behind which there are two olive green hills towards the front of the picture and two jade green hills towards the back of the picture; a weeping willow tree in forest green sits on the left olive green hill, and a second weeping willow tree sits on the back right jade green hill; two large yellow rings in the shape of a double halo sit on top of the mark, covering part of the upper third of the circle, including the image of the hill and trees, and tilting towards the left side of the mark.
